Dr. Bill Kagey is a seasoned ministry leader, fundraiser, and leadership trainer with over 30 years of experience empowering people and organizations to grow with purpose and impact. Currently serving as Development Director for Impact Program Inc. in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Kagey has led numerous successful fundraising efforts for church building campaigns, ministry initiatives, and nonprofit outreach – guiding teams toward vision clarity and donor engagement.
His commitment to life-affirming ministry is personal and practical, having served on the board of a local pregnancy help center, where he provided strategic leadership for gala development and long-term sustainability.
Dr. Kagey’s influence extends to schools, churches, and community organizations across the country. Through Impact Program, he delivers Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA) presentations to middle and high school students, equipping them to make healthy, future-focused choices. He also trains pastors, nonprofit leaders, and volunteers with practical tools to build influence, strengthen teams, and create long-lasting kingdom impact.
A former professional athlete turned pastor and scholar, Dr. Kagey holds a Doctorate in Church Ministry Leadership (with distinction) from Liberty University, blending theological depth with real-world strategy. His story, which spans from the NFL locker room to the mission field, brings a powerful message of discipline, purpose, and transformation.
Today, Dr. Kagey continues to inspire audiences of all ages—raising up leaders who live with integrity and organizations that lead with vision.
Dr. Kagey once kicked for both the Dallas Cowboys and New York Jets before entering full-time ministry!
