Pastor Amos Gray
Founder & CEO, High Impact Movement | Pastor | Mentor | Speaker
Pastor Amos Gray is a passionate speaker, spiritual father, and frontline mentor to young men, fathers, and families across America. With more than 20 years in ministry and urban outreach, Amos carries a unique gift to speak truth with tenderness—and strength with humility.
As a nationally recognized voice in fatherhood, leadership, and identity, Pastor Amos has worked in schools, churches, prisons, and community centers—building bridges between generations, cultures, and callings. He is a frequent speaker for men’s conferences, youth summits, and pro-life outreach events, and he has partnered with organizations such as BrightCourse, National Youth Gathering, LCMS, urban youth organizations, and Pregnancy Resource Centers to develop resources that reach students, young adults and young fathers with clarity and compassion.
Pastor Amos is known for his ability to “say the hard things in a way that can still be heard.” Whether speaking to a young man unsure of his worth or a room full of leaders seeking courage, he brings authenticity, wisdom, and humor that invite lasting transformation.
Amos also has a passion and desire to see all young men empowered to be men of integrity and men with strong moral values and character to help lead their country by leading in their community.
Amos has spoken to thousands of teenagers, in the United States and around the world including such places as Africa, Mexico, Jamaica, Belize, and Haiti.
Amos and his wife Carol reside in Hot Springs, Arkansas with their two sons, Josh and Joel.
They also have three other children from a previous marriage, Ashley, Alexis, and Amos IV and a granddaughter, Arianna.
Pastor Amos Gray once played four sports in high school – basketball, football, baseball, and track – all while serving as a student leader in his church youth group. He still brings that same energy into every room today!
